5 Ways to Market Effectively on Facebook



Gumagamit ka ba ng facebook? I guess, halos lahat sa atin ay facebook user. Peru alam mo ba kung gaano ka powerful ang facebook when it comes to marketing your products, opportunities, campaigns or kahit ano na ipo-promote mo.

One of the best example is during our May 2016 election, ang lupit ng campaign strategies na ginamit nila, kasi alam nila na halos lahat ng tao ay nasa facebook. Kung isa kang negosyante, malaking tulong talaga ang pag gamit ng facebook as one of your marketing tool.

There are many ways to advertise your business in facebook, I will share some ways that you can use.

1. Status Update. You create a facebook account that represents your brand or business name so that people will know your company, know your products, services or opportunities that you are offering. Ang tip ko for this is you post valuable contents about what you are offering, gumawa ka ng mga status or articles tungkol sa paano makakatulong ang product mo sa mga tao. Ito na po ang bago ngayon, tinatawag itong
content marketing. Hindi na kasi masyadong effective ngayon na mamimigay ka ng flyers sa kanto, or mamilit ng mga prospects or customers, hindi na uso ang mang spam, people are wiser nowadays, alam na nila na bebentahan mo lang sila. So sa pamamagitan ng facebook status mo, ituro mo sa mga tao ang importance or kung paano makatulong ang produkto. Like example if you are selling health and wellness product, so pwede ka mag status about ways kung paano sila magiging healthy or maging slim gamit kung gagamit sila ng mga produkto mo.

 2. Post Links on Groups. I will advice that you join groups that is related with your products, services or opportunities. A group that you think could benefit with your business. Like for example, if you are selling gadgets, so just simply search for groups that focus on gadget topics. Or for example you are a real estate broker or agent, so you join groups that has topics about it. Then try to interact and be helpful with other members, like for example sa real estate group may nagtatanong about better locations or nice subdivisions, try to be helpful so that you can build relationship and trust and eventually makikilala ka. Then if it is a buy and sell group you can post your advertisements there. Makakatipid ka pa kasi libre lang ang posting. Just be nice with other members and follow rules of the groups para hindi ka ma ban.

3. Create Your Own Group and Fan Page. By creating these two, matutulungan ka nito na mapa punta ang mga tao patungo sa business mo. People that are interested with your business will join your group or like your fan page. It will help you to build a list or network. As an entrepreneur, napaka halaga na meron kang listahan ng mga tao na sa tingin mo ay interesado or makaka benefit sa offer mo. Specially if nagsisimula ka pa lang, list atleast five persons a day, communicate with me, build relationship first before you offer. I believe in Law of Reciprocity , so give first before you offer. Do not just always post about your products, also post about the information and benefits that people can get or can help to solve their problems. But of course make the topics related to your products. Then sa fan page, it is very important so that you can make paid advertisements, because facebook doesn't want that you will use your personal account para sa business purpose.

 4. Make Videos. People go to Facebook because they want to be entertained and get some information. They got curious and interested to videos, that is why video presentations or video marketing is also an effective way to promote your product. The tips for these are: make your video short, make it unique and eye catching , be clear to the message that you want to deliver to your audience, make it remarkable, and at the end of the video do not forget to put a call of action, guide them if what you want your audience do next, example, if you are selling some product, you can put Buy Now, or if it is about information or opportunity you can put Learn More or Sign Up.

 5. Advertisements. We all know that one way to promote our products is through advertisement, but not all of us can afford to advertise through television, billboards, radio or newspapers , it is very costly specially to new entrepreneurs and small businesses. But good thing, facebook has this service to advertise your product at a very low price, I started to use facebook ads at PHP 40.00 per day budget, and it can already reach thousands of people in facebook. There are many options on how to advertise on facebook, it depends on your objective, just look for Ads Manager in your Facebook. The key here is, the bigger you budget, the many people it can reach.
